Shipping Information

To receive your order by Christmas, order by:

Dec. 12 for Mexico.

If you order by the above deadlines, your package will leave our distribution center in time to make it to you by Christmas. Please note that we set dates based on typical delivery times reported to us by postal carriers and we can’t be responsible for weather, carrier issues or other delays beyond our control.

Ordering early is always your best bet! We will continue to ship any orders placed after the deadline, but we cannot guarantee they will be shipped in time for Christmas.

Cutoff dates are based on local shipping timeframes and may be subject to change.

Orders shipped to Mexico:

With a retail value up to $11,024.99, shipping is $250.
With a retail value of $11,025 or more, shipping is free.

All shipping charges listed are VAT inclusive.

Shipments are limited to within Mexico.

Lifetime replacement warranty

Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time, to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy does not offer refunds.

Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go and Scentsy Go Solid — limited lifetime warranty

Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go and Scentsy Go Solid are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Go or Scentsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care within six months of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After six months, Scentsy will replace any of these products due to manufacturer defects, but will require a processing fee.
